Good Start
Did Cerave Vitamin C at the beginning for about 3 months. After which I felt ready for straight ascorbic acid but at a strength that wasn’t too radical. Did not sting, was not reactive (which was great for sensitive skin) and appears to be working well. A bit inconvenient with storing it in the fridge. Other than that, perhaps I am a freak cos most everyone has complained about the aroma of this product, but I love it because I know I am putting on the real thing. Sides, the smell of canned tuna doesn’t stay with you, it dissipates rather quickly. Highly recommend.

Good, stinky and a little orange (but don’t be deterred)
Really lovely, good for evening dark spots and creating a glow. You have to keep it in the fridge and it does stink. If your skin can tolerate it, I’d definitely go up to 23%. Best to use at night, as it does react with moisturiser (not in a painful way), meaning you can get orange tide marks.

Stinks!
I love CosRX but this stuff absolutely STINKS!! It smells so bad! 😅 it's horrible lol I need to hold my breath when I put it on!

Effective and gentle vitamin C serum
This is my 4th bottle and the most gentle vitamin C serum I have ever use. Suitable for sensitive skin. Noticeable effect after using second bottle.

Excellent serum.
This has always been my favourite vitamin C serum. It does have a smell like all vitamin C or ascorbic acid serums, but fades within seconds. Do bear in mind that these serums must be kept refrigerated or they will oxidise.

Cosrx prima sempre pela qualidade nas suas formulações. Prefiro a potência de 23% mas este de 13% é excelente para quem está a iniciar. É bom para dar brilho, uniformizar o tom de pele e diminuir as manchas de hiperpigmentação. Não arde e é um excelente aliado ao SPF. Coloco pela manhã e mantenho o meu frasco no frigorífico, abrigado da luz solar. De referir que deve ser usado rapidamente, visto que oxida com o tempo. Quando o produto já está alaranjado, já não está a fazer o efeito desejado.
