A great kitchen addition
I’ve used this twice to make quacamole. It works great for grinding and also makes a nice serving bowl. It is the right size for a two avocado recipe. The initial seasoning part took quite a while and was not easy, but I enjoyed it despite getting a blister on the palm of my hand. Right after seasoning I made 2, two serving meals of pesto. It tasted wonderful and the herbs were ground to the perfect texture for my taste. This is one of my favorite purchases. It looks great and is kind of like a toy to play with in the kitchen. 😊

This is the real deal. A little heavy so be warned but I knew that when purchasing. Ensure you follow instructions when preparing for use fully, otherwise danger you get manufacturer debris in food. I love this, really authentic and a good price too. Better than my expectations.
