Interesting book besides when he lies about seeing auras which was a load of bulls***. It is proven that auras exist except we cannot see them with our physical eyes. I am into astral projection which the other is unaware of I presume. This author has a hard time staying on topic he bounces around often before ive learned to my hearts content which is an annoyance.

I love how Master Choa Kok Sui uses multiple spiritual paths to explain healing. He was (and is in another life) a definite healing spirit.

A very simple to read book with details on advanced meditation practices to contact your higher soul / oversoul. I would recommend for advanced meditation practitioners ONLY, since doing this on a daily basis will open you upto some profound experiences and realizations, so good to have some solid basic practice in hand before you get onto the instructions in this book.
