Great supplement for histamine intolerance
Necessary supplement for my histamine intolerant issue. These work well and I love the handy little case that they come in.

Fine, couldn’t tell results
It was fine, did not bother my tummy or cause and side effects. However Couldn’t tell and real results? Really cool packaging and the way the pills look, does that help its effectiveness…nope.

Didn't help my issues
I was hoping this would allow me to consume foods high in histamines and tyramines but my migraines actually increased during this time (I believe this was coincidental; not because of the pills.) I was hoping for a miracle cure but this wasn't it.
