Works but beware the taste (or smell?)
Worked well but the taste is not pleasant. For context, I took a long break from working out and decided to give this a try to avoid the initial soreness and pain after taking a long break from exercising. Pros: I feel a lot less sore and stiff compared to the other times I restarted working out. Cons: it has an unpleasant smell that affects the taste for me. Perhaps I didn’t use enough water. I recommend mixing it with cranberry juice or just more water than the recommended amount to dilute it more. It’s not even really the taste, like it’s kind of like an earthy Gatorade, but something about the smell. Still honestly if you can get past the initial first sip, it wasn’t bad and it really works. I’ll probably buy it again occasionally because I do like how I felt after drinking it.

Unnecessary Cortisol spikes decreased
The reviews for this product had me anticipating something rancid. It’s not bad! I mixed a small amount of the packet 1/3 with an 8oz glass for room temp water and it was delightful. The entire contents requires more water, it’s not repulsive. It’s citrusy and I felt my stress receptors stop activating while in fight or flight. I will be ordering more

Absolutely Nasty Tasting
Omg this is absolutely disgusting 🤢! I tried pawning this on to my 30 year old son who grew up on Harry Potter booger flavored jelly beans and he said he’d rather eat the jelly beans. We even tried break it up into different Oz cups to add different flavors and nothing works. Did they think this through? And I bought 3 of them hoping they would be good so as I didn’t bite myself in the +++ and be left with nothing

Works well
I've been taking it for 1 week now. I sleep well and I am super focused during the day. I do crossfit and I drink it right after my workout because it really helps with recovery. I usually drink it on an empty stomach and then wait about 20-30mins before I eat. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, I just like doing it that way. I am hoping to see some reduction in belly fat in about 4 weeks or so. The taste is great, I would compare it to a very light Gatorade.
