First time using this product, it was used as a recovery aid for a weekend of 160 miles of cycling, as a 54 year old with a wife and kids recovery after a long run or ride is the most important aspect of the day. This product gave what I needed to ride 90 miles on Saturday, 70 miles on Sunday and do extra family activities, it allowed me to put on two days back to back with solid efforts of solo rides. So far it seems like it delivers on what’s promised. Not sold on taste but as long as it works that’s not a problem.

Significantly improved the restfulness of sleep and I did note a significant increase in my post-workout recovery/minimization of DOMS. But, I did notice that my sleep was way better and a noticeable effect as I do have harsh, sharp wake-ups when the morning Cortisol hits. I actually was able to laze in bed, fall back to sleep if I wanted, and sleep past my annoying early waking hours from the work week on the weekend. It's just a shame this mix is so expensive just for 3 packs... only complaint.

First thing, the price point is actually insane when you break down the quantity and cost of whats in here. Like easily 3x the value of what it appears at first glance. I’m 46 now and an avid mountain biker after I spent my younger years beating the hell out of my body with extreme sports, paying for it big time these days while trying to recover from some major injuries and still get out on the trails. This stuff has legit been a lifesaver. The stress relief is real. I can actually feel the difference in how my body recovers after rides. Sleep quality has improved too, like way deeper sleep, according to my Garmin my HRV has gone up noticeably. Waking up actually feeling rested instead of that weird wired but tired thing. No weird aftertaste, doesn’t clump and mixes well. If your an aging mountain biker trying to keep sending it without feeling like complete garbage all the time seriously give this a shot. My bodys thanking me and Im able to actually enjoy my rides again instead of just surviving them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

None of the ingredients are really that indicated for cortisol reduction; where is the ashwagandha, rhodelia L- Theonine? This contains 18 g of sugar fructose & dextrose. Interesting marketing.

Great! This product mixes easily and tastes good. I like how it has helped me with hydration and recovery after exercising. My sleep has improved as well. Not sure about energy levels but it has helped with stress.
