Drink 4-5 litre everyday 2. Excercise 4-5 per week 3. Take 3 -4 gram Monday in which you are doing your workout ( not on rest days Disadvantages 1. Does not dissolve easily
No matter what you do, it doesn’t dissolve. There is micro granules even after shaking for minutes which is clearly not good for kidney. Earlier I was using MB creatine which was easly dissolved.
