CitruSafe Gas Log Soot Remover - Fresh Pine Scent (24 oz)

This is a miracle product. Soot has been slowly building up on my gas logs over several years. I followed the instructions, had the gas fire heating the logs for more than 15 minutes. Sprayed the miracle juice onto the sooted areas of the logs and it instantly disappeared. Poof, cleaned with about three squirts to each sooted log area. I used maybe 1/12 of the bottle to clean the entire set. Fantastic. Way batter than removing the logs and scrubbing in a sink or outside.

As good or better than competition....I’ve tried several other brands. Seems to hold the line on build up, but doesn’t remove old black stuff. Smells nicest of all and by using it while burning it doesn’t blow out the pilot light like all the others did that went on after the fire was out. I’ve used several bottles and will continue.

I ordered this item twice because it came with a screw off top and was missing a spray top. Both times it came minus the spray top, so I bought a spray bottle and removed the sprayer and luckily it fit into the bottle. Whoever ships this product needs to address this issue. You cannot use the product without a spray top, as it has to be sprayed on burning logs.

This stuff is terrible. Does nothing but leave a white residue on my gas logs. I still have all the black soot and now I have a white baked on substance too. I am going to clean the logs the old fashioned way taking them out to the the garage and then reposition the logs to hopefully reduce soot.

This product works great! Follow directions and works well on our gas fire logs.

I had high hopes for this product but it barely removed any of the black soot from my gas logs. Maybe I need to scrub them after they cool back off.

Used this to clean up my gas fireplace logs and the glass. Will likely work better if I were able to follow the directions on the logs themselves (fireplace must be hot, and its July in the midwest so that's not happening), but I'm still really happy with the results. Cleaned years of soot and grossness that the previous owners of our home never bothered to deal with.
