Where do i get a manual for tb8575a1000 thermostat

I don't know about a "manual" but there was leaflet in the carton that the thermostat came in with instructions for installation and operation. Other than that you might check the Honey well website for more information

The descrip says line voltage. the old cool only unit i have controls the fan and building loop on/off + l/m/h fan + reostat. will this replace it?

Well, there are several models, but I think it should. This one is for a chiller unit, and may require relays. I had a commercial HVAC guy help me, and we had to put in relays.

Does this thermostat automatically go from heating to cooling (based on temperature points already set) as seasons and weather changes?change

Yes, for 4 pipe systems or 2 pipe systems with a pipe sensor. If this answer doesn't make sense to you please note that this thermostat is for fan coil units, found in some muti family dwellings with a central cooling (chiller) and heating (boiler). This thermostat is not for conventional or heat pump systems found in single family homes that have their own compressor.

Is this unit programmable? Will it control separate hot water heat and evaporator/condenser air conditioning?

It’s not programmable. I’m not sure about a separate ac and hot water.
