Great backyard practice
I bought this as a gift for a 10-year-old who plays baseball, and he uses it all the time in his backyard. Itโs been a fun way for him to get extra swings in and practice on his own. The setup is simple, and itโs easy enough for a child to use without much help.It seems durable so far and has held up well to regular use. Most importantly, he enjoys using it and keeps coming back to it, which says a lot. If youโre looking for a baseball gift for a young player, this is a solid option.

Great Trainer especially for new batters
My son loves this trainer. hes 7 and I paired it with a wiffle bat for indoor batting practice during cold winter or rainy days. its a bunch of fun and easy to set up and use.

Useless
I would not recommend buying it since itโs lifespan only lasts for about 3 hours total. The tee popper was used on 2 different days and now it doesnโt pop up higher than about 8 inches so it is essentially useless. My 7 year old did have a lot of fun and it was easy for him to use by himself. The base of it could be larger so that it stands more stable on grass, we would just have to find a level area otherwise the ball would pop up at an angle. It was small enough to fit in his baseball backpack if he wanted, but it doesnโt work anymore and it definitely fits in the rubbish bin. It was a gift for him that I purchased over a month ago, so I cannot exchange/ return.

Works great
Got this for my daughter to practice for Softball. I figured if she can hit the tiny balls then she should be able to hit a softball lol. My dog also loves playing with it and just playing with the balls. They are VERY durable!

Small but really fun & easy to use
My boys absolutely love this thing.Weโve gotten so much use out of it in our driveway and cul-de-sac.The concept is simple and genius: push the ball down, it automatically pops up, and they swing away. Even younger kids can figure it out in seconds with no frustration.I also think itโs helping them develop hand-eye coordination. Theyโre getting tons of reps in without needing a parent to pitch, which is huge for building confidence and muscle memory between practices. My only gripe, and the reason Iโm knocking off one star, is that it only works with the small squishy balls that come with it. I wish it had enough power to launch a tennis ball or something with a bit more weight. More ball options would make this go from great to exceptional.Overall, a solid buy for any baseball family. Highly recommend for driveway practice!

Works great with balls โOther Than Hardballsโ
Bought this for my grandsons to play baseball in their backyard they absolutely love it. Itโs easy to use (canโt use a hardball but works great with other balls

Fun Idea but Poor Durability
The concept is great, and my son really enjoyed using itโit makes practicing swings more fun without needing a pitcher. Unfortunately, it didnโt hold up well and broke after only the second use. We were disappointed, since it had a lot of potential if it were sturdier.

Fun drill for both my kids.
Fun, easy to transport, plastic balls easier and lighter to keep in backpack. It's also good for hand-eye coordination as the balls are the size of a ping pong ball. Bought for 6 and 8 year old daughters.
User
Works as expected.
Works as described. Given as a present. Good for the kid and the dad to play.
User
Waste of money
Not good can only use a very small ball and it doesnโt pop up very high. Waste of money

Great gift
Worked well

Maybe
First of all, it looks very delicate, would not sustain any shock. I tried it, it's fun, easy, works well. I'm 5'10", not sure it would work for someone 6'3". My 7-year-old son uses it too, likes it. I really think it's overpriced โ $50 looks way too much.Another thing, on the ads the picture shows the ball and 12X, which is completely misleading, only 1 ball is included
