Induction sucks
It's not the product but the whole technology. Good cooking requires constant stable controllable heat. Cons of induction -Unstable and uncontrollable because it works in bursts -requires induction specific cooking pots and pans. in conclusion after wasting time and money getting it installed , saying goodbye to your old pots and pans , investing in good cookware . The result of your labour is bad food. Other technologies are better. Steer clear from induction.
