Good item
I bought this as a replacement for our original lantern which was dropped and damaged. This item is really good and offers two ways to use the torch beam. You can this as a normal torch or as a free-standing torch by switching on the second beam. Our old lantern was well travelled and we went nowhere without it. It is really useful at night if you have to change a wheel as you can stand it on the floor without it falling over. I would definitely recommend this.

a little flimsy but a good powerful light
So i brought this touch for a night time viewing of an historic house, i thought the touch would be ideal as you'd have a strand of leds and group all on at the same time. This touch instead works either or, so either the touch is on or the flip out is on, never at the same time, which can be a bit annoying. Otherwise the only other issue i had with the touch was the flip out which never clicked back in to place after the first time it was clipped out (This is on both since i brought two) it just seemed a bit flimsy. but it is a powerful light for its size.

Dead batteries
Arrived today - dead as a Dodo!Tested the batteries and they barely registered.Replaced with new AA batteries and the torch now shines.Compact torch, useful side light but once the additional cost for batteries is included, this becomes a much more expensive item.

A NICE LITTLE DUAL PURPOSE TORCH.
We bought this in a hurry in case of electricity power cuts, and we are quite happy with it. Seems quite a clever little tool.
