When it first arrived it was a very straight forward in how to set it up. The only issue I had with it was figuring out how to make the camera stay facing one direction instead of constantly moving in the direction of a wall and watching nothing. Once I figured out it was the motion tracking that caused the camera to constantly move and then settle away from anything moving. It has become worth every penny. I would happily get another anytime in the future and would highly recommend for other parties. The clear footage is well worth it and easy to see everything in the video. You are also able to zoom in on the areas in the video. It is very good.

This is such a great product! We bought it as a security camera and it works so well! We can move the camera with ease and we never had any wifi connectivity issues ever since we installed it. It doesn’t matter what time of day we access it, it will stream us the video, no problem. Images are always clear. The size is small enough that it’s inconspicuous too. It’s another thing to note with this one. It’s a great buy for us.

Just installed. So far so good! I have not yet experienced any of the negative issues that I read about this camera, but I cannot comment on any memory card issues because I do not have a need and am not using that function. Also, I have not yet used the auto night vision function but will repost if there are any problems. I am just an average computer user, but Install was very easy. Camera operates very well, and resolution is clear. Great value for the price.Now using night vision and it is awesome! Day or night the resolution is good. Not high resolution but adequate for monitoring pets or baby.

Pros:- good camera quality- good night vision quality- wide range of motion side to side- allows a micro SD card for backup storage / playback- good price- app is easy to use, easy to download clips to camera rollCons:- audio quality pretty bad, and on the playback the audio and video are not synced- doesn’t tilt downwards as much as I’d like- the biggest con to me is the motion tracking feature. Sometimes, the camera will randomly refuse to pan past a certain point. It’s as if something physical is blocking it from going any further left or right. However there isn’t, because if I reset the camera or manually move it around a bunch, eventually it goes back to normal. This makes the motion tracking virtually useless, which sucks.Hugolog did work with me quite nicely to try and resolve this problem. They sent me troubleshooting tips, and even sent replacements for free and took back the old ones. Unfortunately the problem still occurred, so they offered a full refund. Maybe I’m just cursed since this didn’t seem to be a concern for other people, but just to be on the safe side, don’t expect the motion tracking to work flawlessly!

after my old camera died after three years, I purchased two other cameras that had decent reviews and return both because they were constantly off-line and there was no way to do anything unless you were home to fix it. There wasn’t anything wrong with the Wi-Fi connection or anything they just kept going off-line, hich kind of defeats the purpose of having a camera to check on your pets. Both of those cameras, the Cinnado and Galayou use the app Wansview and we’re a waste of time. This one however, has been amazing!! Being 3K, the resolution is really really good and I’m very satisfied with the fact that he hasn’t gone off-line once in the week that I’ve had it. Very reliable so far and I would definitely recommend this one over some of the less expensive options I tried. It seems like maybe this price point and above might be a little better quality for the money.
