These tapes are brilliant. They stay in place all night and having a nasal mask for sleep apnea, I find they are perfect for me, being a mouth breather, it allows me to only to breath through my nose. The only thing I will say, they are super sticky and removing them on a morning isnt easy. They feel glued in place and its not a pleasant experience, peeling them off. I do have sensive skin, so I put this down to my skin type. They dont leave residue or any marks on my skin, however, Ive only used them for 2 nights so far.

Definitely made a difference with partners snoring. However, be warned glue is super strong and after a week of using it removed a lot of skin as well!

Only mouth tape I’ve tried but would Recommend, stays put all night. Just make sure you have a clean, non greasy face when you apply, don’t have any moisture on your lips. Not going to lie you look like a clown but I’m sleeping so much better! Would urge you to buy some nose clips as well to open up more airflow. Bit of Vicks Vaporub helps also. zzz

This tape holds the mouth perfectly closed and is far more effective than other types of solutions like chin straps. As a CPAP user, using this tape in combination with a nasal mask has brought my AHI down to very low numbers. Very pleased! Edit: had to edit my review after buying 2 new packs recently. They seem to have changed the stickiness such that it's too sticky, annoying to remove and leaves sticky residue on the face

I was keen to try these as I’ve read a lot about the benefits of nasal breathing on sleep. However my partner delivered the verdict that these didn’t work! I still snored. They also gave me really weird dreams but that might be unrelated! 😬

Ordered multiple times, high quality product. Sticks well yet never irritates skin. Like the colour. Price is fair. Packaging is quality. Don’t waste your money on the famous mouth tape at three times the price
