Great knives but need the plastic covers for the blades
Love these knives, glad I had covers from old knives to put on them for storage. They should come with sleeves for safety they are serious sharp.

Smaller than it looks, but they're sharp!
These knives are smaller than your average standard knife. Shown in my Pic is the knives compared to standard santoku knife. The biggest one, the prep knife, is small and short. It doesn't give you a lot of travel, so you would have to adjust your chopping method a bit more with these knives.

The knives i've been waiting for
EDIT* I was wrong. These aren't the high quality ones I found long ago. Same company, just not the same quality. I will keep looking for them. I changed my five star to a two-star because they are dull now. I found this brand at a discount store long ago. I later wished I had bought every package. Then my daughter found them on Amazon and I am absolutely delighted! Finally I have sharp knives again!
