A well-made journal for your life
I am delighted with my Mind Panda Reflects journal. I am a journal writer and I look for well made journals that will remain intact for years and year. This is an extraordinary journal with a flexible cover, with Reflect embedded on the cover. The journal is thick, with 387 lined pages. Sectioned into phases for Reflection, Empowerment, Vision and Going Solo. This journal gives you many, many pages and selective prompts to aid your journey. If you need a well organized journal with few but highly significant prompts you can not go wrong with Mind Panda. It is a great, high quality journal created to make Journaling easy for your journey inward.

Love this MindPanda Reflect Journal!
The MindPanda Reflect Journal is perfect for beginners like me! I'm knew to journaling, and the MindPanda Reflect Journal has daily prompts, mood tracking and a gratitude log for happiness. I love the way this is set up (especially the 4 phases)...and for a beginner, it definitely helped to get me started. In addition to the prompts, there are plenty of blank pages to put your thoughts to paper. There are over 360 pages, 3 book mark ribbons, and it has a 180° flat binding to make writing easier. I've been using this for approximately 2 weeks now, and I have already noticed a difference in my overall attitude and perspective. The journaling exercises help to promote self-care, relaxation, and to create a better sense of balance. I am so happy that I gave the MindPanda Reflect Journal a try because I found out that I truly enjoy doing it! It is well-made, funtional, and the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one!

A great journal for beginners
I really like this journal. It's really well built and feels good in my hands I like the heavy paper. Each day is organized and very helpful to lay out your daily goals which are grateful for and then there's a section that for each day that allows you to or rather I guess it prompts you to dig deeper so that by the end of the journal the hope is that you've got a solid foundation for journaling. And I like the thoughtfulness behind the way it's designed it's been helping me.

A Powerful Journal for Mindfulness and Growth
I just received this journal and dove right in. As a therapist and mindset coach, I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness behind it. The prompts are engaging and lead you down a path of mindfulness, reflection, and productivity. It’s the kind of journal that helps you slow down and think intentionally about your life and goals. I’ve already recommended it to several of my clients, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their self-awareness and personal growth.

Received 2 different books
Ordered twice, about a month apart. The first book that came was for my boyfriend and is exactly as pictured. That is what I wanted for myself because I loved the questions and the way it was set up. The 2nd book that came, reordered from the original purchase, was not the same as the first book OR what is advertised in the Amazon pictures. The outside of the book is the same but the pages are set up completely different, with different questions from the first book. The second I received also has a wheel for energy level, stress level, sleep quality, and productivity. It also has was way too many blank pages.

Quality materials and content
This has been one of my favorite journals. It is really sturdy and feels like a really good quality product. The paper isn’t super thin either which is nice when I use felt pens. I would probably buy another one of these down the road to gain more insights.

Reflect -- It's Helping, Good Quality
This journal has been a good tool for helping me get a little more control and clarity within my life. I'm only just getting into it (Phase 1 - Reflection), but it's helping me. The questions and layout of the sections are very clear and allow you to really dive in with your day-to-day reflection. I've already found it so useful to go back to a certain day or item to see what worked that day and why today just really sucks. What's different? You have to do the work and consistently do the entries each day. But I'm hopeful. To be fair, I have had other similar journals that have a similar vibe and have been helpful, but I find this one most useful. No complaints and the quality of the journal is nice.

Grounding
This journal contains daily check-ins and prompts that allow journalers to explore how their doing, express gratitude, and deepen their understanding of themselves. I absolutely love this for my more anxiety-filled days. One of my favorite components are the daily circle graph. I like to fill those out with two highlighter colors and, added bonus, the highlighter ink doesn't go through to the other side of the page. So I really like the paper quality in this journal.

Sehr schöne Haptik, toll aufbereitet
Das Buch hat eine sehr gute Haptik, sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Ich finde die Aufteilung der Phasen, um ins Journaling zu kommen sehr hilfreich. Es ist wirklich eine kleine Auszeit, denn man sollte wirklich Zeit haben, um über die Fragen nachzudenken.

Your daily dose of mindfulness
I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this journal to see if I'd actually follow through with using it. I am a self-professed procrastinator and need a pretty good reason to do anything on a regular basis. My daughter has Mind Panda's Balance agenda/journal which she adores so thought this more "self-reflection" focused journal might be a bit more my speed. And I have to say, I've really enjoyed the opportunity to take some time to focus on my thoughts and feelings. The prompts are well-crafted and encourage me to explore the moments of my day that often pass without much fanfare with more gratitude and introspection. This journal has woven itself into my daily routine, helping me unwind and reflect with its thoughtful questions. They guide me along without putting pressure on me to perfectly express my feelings. It's like having a friendly hand to hold as I sort through my thoughts. The construction of the book is great--high-quality pages and lots of room to write on (which might be weird, but having a nice smooth surface for your pen to glide along is key!). For those looking to enrich their mindfulness practice, this journal is a gem!

High quality, flexible and a solid journal for the new and experienced alike
Disclaimer: I was approached to become a product tester for the Reflect journal. I will write one concise review and one expanded review with the aim of being balanced, fair but honest. CONCISE REVIEW The Reflect journal is aesthetically pleasing and allows experienced and new journalers alike to start straight away while allowing for flexibility of schedule. It says daily but you can easily make it work every other day as needed. Reflect has four phases with ten short sessions each, which guides you through the initial few weeks and later entrusts you with unguided pages and the freedom and foundation to journal however you please. Some prompts were challenging - not necessarily in a bad way. Some days I just didn’t have the “right” mindset. On these days I found it easier to ignore the prompt or use a later page. There were only a few grammatical/spelling mistakes which have been relayed to MindPanda. The MindPanda team have been very responsive to feedback and ideas offered while testing the Reflect journal and have agreed to correct these in future prints. For me, the Reflect journal is exactly what I hoped for. I really enjoy sitting in a coffee shop with it. It helps me to clear my mind and reflect on how my day has gone and how my time is being spent. Overall, I would definitely recommend it. EXPANDED Delivery The product arrived in good time and good condition. Appearance & Contents The Reflect Journal arrives nestled in its own little case which gives it a delightful minimalistic appearance and protects the journal from most damage. The cover of the book is tactile and nice to touch, and for those fond of stickers I reckon it would still work as a surface. The pages are clear, concise and offer prompts and guidance to those new to journaling. I only caught a few minor spelling/grammar mistakes throughout the book and these were relayed back to the MindPanda team, who were very responsive to feedback and to ideas generated while exploring the journal. The journal has ten “sessions” to each phase, giving you 40 days of structured content, and each phase is constructed in such a way you can put the journal down and come back to it – and this is without the abundance of pages that come after the final phase. Personally, my schedule is erratic. Some days I just couldn’t spare the time to settle and put pen to paper so the flexibility in Reflect really is a godsend. At first I was anxious thinking I would have to sit down every day without fail, but it doesn’t actually require anything in return. There’s minimal commitment. You absolutely can put it down and come back to it as you need to, and, when you do, there’s enough space to explore your thoughts in detail. There are a few prompts I struggled with but that was down to my mindset at the time. I feel relaxed enough that I could occasionally cross out a prompt and write my own, or regard the page as unprompted, depending on how I feel on the day. In those moments it’s important to make the journal work for you. Personally, I found the Reflect journal refreshing. I can be honest in a way I can’t always be with others. In my household, because the only person who will read my journal is me, Reflect allows for true, open dialogue and for focusing on self-improvement and reflection. This is exactly what I was hoping for. It gives me the foundation/basics of how to journal and then lets me run free to do whatever I want to do with the knowledge I can look back at my thoughts and progress and see how I’ve changed. It's not just an exercise in meditation, it's also cathartic. Opportunities for improvement I would like to see a fully unprompted version so when journalers finish this version they can carry on with a fresh copy. I really enjoy the creativity section of its sister journal, Balance. Perhaps MindPanda could release a combined copy where people can write on one side and express creativity on another? That or just the full unprompted version, which would be great. Thank you to the MindPanda team for entrusting me as a product tester and for sending me a frankly stellar journal.

Fabulous Quality
What incredible quality this journal is. For anyone who has never used journaling as a way of processing emotions this is a fabulous journal to help with that. It offers guidance and suggestions to help organise thoughts feelings and emotions. In doing so it helps become accustomed to jotting down your thoughts, and feeling the feelings. This enables us to have a deeper understanding of ourselves. When we move to phase two, we already then have a better understanding of ourselves yet during this second phase we work on the things that bring us joy, the things that excite us. This help us realise/reconnecting with our own full potential. Phase three is a time for deep focus and contemplating our future. We don't have to look too far, this us a personal journal. We're reminded it is up to us what we include. (Nobody is correcting spelling or grammar, it doesn't matter, its up to us, it's our journey, we're in control) But we do get to be excited think big set goals, be the best, use our imagination. Phase four, we get to go "solo" and let out thoughts flow freely. One of the most surprising exercises in some ways. Finding myself thinking hopes and dreams I hadn't previously considered..... previous phases doing their job? I think so! Overall the excellent quality journal, really well thought out prompts, ample pages for free writing as well as guided imput. A great product highly recommended *I've already recommended to many* Good value for money for the therapeutic value this book can accomplish if used well.

Well made journal for reflection
The case is lovely and matches the cover fabric. Cover is a very nice fabric and feels nice to hold. The paper is excellent quality with lined pages, reflection prompts, and over 380 pages to write your thoughts, ideas, reflection, and record your life’s story. I recommend this journal to anyone who loves well made journal books, prompts and guidance for your journaling practice.
