how to replace the top grill sheet? thank you!

Hello friends, our top grill sheet is relatively strong, and does not need to be replaced within a few years. In order to facilitate the replacement, we will also sell the top grill sheet separately in the future. Thank you very much for buying our barbecue grill, thank you!

The charcoal tray doesn't look like it slides out to get rid of the charcoal ? That's the only downside to this grill?

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry but you are right the charcoal tray will not slide. The best way to get rid of the ash is tilting the grill. We will pass it to the manufactory to see if we can have a better design. Thanks again!

I see online that you sell much larger variants but only in australia. will the 100cm(l) x 35cm(w) x 86cm(h) model come to the us?

Hello friend, due to logistics reasons, this model of barbecue grill is currently not available for sale in the United States. If we wait until we solve the logistics problem, there will be more models available for sale in the United States.
