This is an update. I wrote a review saying that I haven't noticed results yet. The company was great said they would refund me and offered another supplement, or try the black seed oil again for awhile. Was impressed on how they handled my review without me even contacting them not expecting this nice offer. I am going to try the black seed a liitle longer and I will look into their other products.

It is good for the body. But gave a little 🥵 burn!!

I know a LOT of people who all swear that black seed oil is a miracle cure for all sorts of ailments. I manage an apartment building and I have a lot of residents that live here from all around the world, and many specifically from Africa and the Middle-East. For years and years I've always heard them talk about black seed oil. They would even kindly offer me some for my ailments if I was ever injured or sick. Well, I finally had an opportunity to get some and try it for myself. Here's what I can say for sure - all the capsules came fully intact and nice looking. None spilled or broken. They're easy to swallow, they don't stick together, and there's no bad flavor or after taste like a lot of people seem to report with black seed oil. Made in the USA is a positive as well. They seem fairly priced so if you've been wanting to give them a try, why not go for it. As for the benefits of the product itself, I honestly can't tell. I'm not trying to be unfair to the product or anything either, but supplements in general are just extremely difficult to say they're doing something or not. There are only a handful of supplements where I truly notice a big difference. That said, it is well known that omega fatty acids are some of the best stuff you can put in your body and they don't have a ton of sources so I'm going to stick with it for a while and see what happens. So far I've had absolutely no negative side effects so I see only potentially positive upside.

I have tried several different brands of Black Seed Oil. This is the first one where I don’t get that peppery taste in my mouth a couple hours after having it so that’s a win for me! I compared these Vimerson Health Black Seed Oil capsules with the other brand that we are using now. Interestingly enough they look the same size, color, and have the same amount of black seed oil in each capsule which fills the capsule half or more. So, perhaps that is just the correct dosage in each one? I am not sure but I felt that it was important to mention this in case it matters to you and you would like to investigate further. I've read so many positive things about black seed oil and how it's supposed to be a miraculous cure-all for all sorts of ailments and issues, so I decided to give these a try. I can say that they're easy to swallow, and don't really have a taste, both of which are positives. However, I can't say that I've experienced any miracle health benefits from taking them. I suppose I was in pretty good health at the start, so perhaps that has something to do with it... or perhaps, like all supplements, every person is affected differently. I haven't noticed any ill effects, and the ingredients seem to be of good quality, so I'd say that these are a good deal. I have also tried taking black seed oil in a liquid form, and i can say that these are definitely preferable to that... because it does not taste good, at all... at least these don't taste bad. If you're looking for black seed oil, I'd recommend these... they seem to be the easiest way to ingest the oil Recommended.
