I was sceptical about how thin the soles were but they were so amazing. It's made my shoes much more comfortable as they are work shoes and I can't wear any other shoes for work because they are safety shoes with the composite toe protection cap. It feels like I'm walking on a thick carpet, it is comfortable and warm.

Recommended! Good for pain and in falls toon, though you need footwear that’s a size larger than normal because these are quite chunky.

I work in security so I'm on my feet all the time and these are no good for me they offer me no support in my heel and gives me pain in my heels half way through a shift

Las uso para jugar al padel y tienen buen soporte para el arco. No molesta como otras plantillas que he probado donde la zona del arco es demasiado alta o dura.

Para lo que yo tenía me ha ido fantástico

Empecé a tener un problema bastante repentino, y duradero, de fascitis plantar, y estas plantillas me han permitido no tener que comprar nuevos zapatos ni meterme en temas ortopédicos. No voy a hacer deporte con ellas pero puedo caminar bastante y sin el dolor que tengo sin ellas. Además con el paso del tiempo parece que el problema se está solucionando poco a poco. Me costaron menos de 13€ y es poco dinero para poder andar sin dolor. Me ha sorprendido que hayan funcionado tan bien. Ya que son finas, las he colocado en el zapato sin quitar la plantilla que ya estaba allí (aunque el fabricante recomienda quitarla).
