I used these for a week long family Thanksgiving. We served meals for fourteen loved ones three times a day. Buffett was the practical way to do this. Heating plates and cooling mats were absolutely essential. I placed the cooling mats on a baking tray and covered the tray with attractive linens, they looked good. But, most importantly, these cooling mats held the cold foods for hours, didn't leak and refroze quickly. They were flexible enough to fold and freeze in an already bulging freezer. They held up great and are ready for another event.

This is a perfect addiction to your home! We have used this item in our smaller cooler, for keeping food cold when serving outside or inside where the food has to be out for long periods. The size is perfect, very durable as it has been used during our son's baseball season and still held up well! We are even considering buying another. The coldness lasts for most of the day!
