Not always easy
My wife has a hard time securing the top. I hope we get used to it.

This did not work
My husband has arthritis in his hands and has trouble opening jars. I purchased this as a Christmas gift. It arrived a week AFTER Christmas, and does not work. It is supposed to provide leverage to open jars, but it just slips when you are trying to open the lids. Will try a gilhooly from Vermont country stores next.

Still unsure
I purchased this since I have RA and have a hard time opening jars. I tried using this to open a pickle jar but it wouldn't tighten around the lid correctly to open it. I hope I'm just using it wrong or the lid was too thin/small for this because it's a pretty cool device. I'll keep trying to get the hang of it.

Works great, gives leverage but will it last? It seems a little flimsy when you open the handle which can be a little awkward. My mother had trouble trying to figure out the handle splits it half to loosen and tighten grip but once you get a hang of it works fabulous.

I use on soda bottles.
Works well on soda bottles buts it's cheaply made and I expect it to break every time I use it.
