Very easy to connect the main device to the mat & off you go. The main device can be charged using the supplied Micro USB cable. You can operate the main device using the buttons on it or just use the simple remote control provided. The mat has a lovely print on it with indication of where you put your foot. The compact main device gives you option of 8 different modes to choose from as well as 19 intensity levels. The sensation running through your foot is nice & comforting. The auto shut down feature in 10 sec of not being used is great to conserve main device power. Also the cycle of any mode is 20 min. after which it will automatically stop. The various modes pass on different kinds of muscle stimulation to relieve your stress. The foot massage will help in increased blood flow which is good for your overall health. Really compact & lightweight to carry anywhere with you. I am already addicted to it and this foot massager has become integral part of my daily night time relaxing routine. Good to see 24 months warranty included. This lovely foot massager gets my vote. Definitely recommended.

Chose this one as it had the best review ratings and was very pleased on initial use. Remote wasn’t brilliant and didn’t always work but the actual mat itself seemed to work really well with the buttons on it so didn’t really need the remote however on 4th go of using it I could not feel any electrical pulse on #1 setting on any of the functions. Tried it all the way up to #19 (highest) and on some settings felt a very weak pulse so knew it clearly wasn’t working right. Tried recharging battery and still not working. It is almost like the contacts aren’t connecting. Anyway, I am returning this product as faulty. Also not happy as ad says free returns but on return label/instructions it states I have to pay for returning.

Loved this unit initially but after 20 or so uses the power in unit stops even after re charging. Such a shame as I really enjoyed using it. Update , I would like to thank this seller for their customer service when I brought this to their attention. I would have no hesitation in using them again. All you want is that if a fault occurs it is settled with the minimum of fuss. Thank you.

Received the product and thought this won't be much good, however i was amazed at just how good it was , I started off at level 1 which was very interesting, I have now moved up to level 3 and Boy does sit work, would recommend the good service at a great price.

I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and am recovering from surgery and have frequent excruciating pain in my right foot. After almost 2 weeks I have noticed no improvement in either foot although I can feel spasms in my feet and calves. The foot placement is uncomfortably close together and I fail to see how the pulses can be affecting the correct areas in my size 3s when my son's size 10s also fit well within the outline.

Unfortunately the hand control did not work had to return as faulty. Would not recommend buying this product.
