Obia Naturals Neem & Tea Tree Shampoo Bar

Left my hair feeling sticky even though I spent ages rinsing. Won't be using again.

Love this shampoo bar. Smells great. It is clarifying and leaves my hair very shiny. I focus the suds at my scalp and make sure to use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards. The hair feels a little squeaky at first after washing but the conditioner fixes that. This bar made my curls very soft and defined. I have type 3c hair mostly with some 4a in the back. I follow with the LOC method for extra moisture.

I have been using this product line for about 9 months and just love all the hair products. I would very much appreciate if more of the product line was avail through Amazon without having to pay double the price in shipping costs. #bestfornaturals #toplineproducts #cantgetenough

I have type 4c hair so it is very hard to find hair products that will make my hair soft. This is the best shampoo ever. Being a competitive fighter I tend to wash my hair a lot and this bar is gentle enough for my sensitive skin but powerful enough to get the dirt and sweat out without completely drying out my hair. Of course I finish the shampoo with a good conditioner and the OBIA curl custard. But the OBIA products definitely make my 4c hair a lot more manageable and softer.

It seems like my scalp acne as diminished thanks to it.

I'm not gonna lie: I'm using this bar as normal bath soap rather than shampoo soap because it doesn't appear to contain nearly enough neem and tea tree oil to combat the demodex I'm trying to fight off. Having said that, I don't regret this purchase for a second. Because it contains neem and tea tree, I suspect it has at least some ability to ward off demodex migrations to the rest of my body where those little mites have a tougher time thriving. And this soap is so beautifully soft and moisturizing that it's become one of my favorite indulgences. It smells like sweet cherries. The fact that the scent Obia is using is phthalate-free means I can inhale this delicious flavor without feeling like I'm sending my hormones off-kilter. I love this soap. Yes, I know you're not generally supposed to use shampoo bar soap as bath soap, but my skin is so dried out from twice-a-day showers/baths in my fight against demodex, that using this very-moisturizing bar actually works fine. It probably wouldn't work for most people as a daily bath bar. But I had to give this bar the love it deserves. It's divine.
