The only real seeming review I could find of this company compares nutraceuticals and confirmed that the listed ingredient of their product contained none of the active ingredient. So what is in the capsules? I'm certainly not going to find out.

Mood and libido boost!
I'm a huge fan of Damiana but have never taken the capsules. I've tried the loose herb several times and have always made an infusion with vodka and honey which takes a long time to prepare but the aphrodisiac benefits are very real! So I was excited to try these capsules to see if they'd have the same effect. So far, I haven't seen any of the libido effects, but I've only been taking these for a few days. What I have noticed is my mood has lifted quite a bit and I wasn't expecting that. The most noticeable lift was when I took these on an empty stomach so I'm going to continue taking them that way. For this alone, this product gets five stars. I was in a slump emotionally and I feel like these are helping me get over that hump. Awesome product! Update: I'm currently taking two pills first thing in the morning and another two before bed. It took several days but the libido effect kicked in high gear lol. My mood is still lifting and I feel like a billion bucks. This Damiana is FANTASTIC. I hope the effects are long term and don't subside with daily use. That remains to be seen but I will definitely be ordering more!

Works, but you might need a bigger dose
I used damiana to regulate my mood. I’ve been taking Ayorish 12x damiana extract but they’re out of stock. I decided to try out this Monoherb brand instead. With Ayorish, I would take roughly 1/3 of one capsule. With Monoherb, I need to take four pills to get the same effect. So it works, just needs a bigger dose.
