This fragrance is incredibly light and pleasant. It doesn’t have a strong, overpowering scent that makes my husband complain about me. In fact, he doesn’t even notice it when I wear it. Back in his concert days, he associated the smell of patchouli with dirty people. However, after many days of being at shows, he’s come to his own personal opinion about patchouli. At least I can wear this fragrance without hearing complaints.

Gives you the 60s/70's feel. I love it!!!

Love love love this scent!

so disappointing. I wore patchouli Berry for years. It is a beautiful fragrance because it actually smells like berries and patchouli and it's just an intoxicating fragrance. But this particular bottle of it smelled like absolutely nothing and when I sprayed it, I could maybe something smelled really faint, but it certainly was not like Berry or patchouli and then when it dried, the smell went away. It's very interesting that I see the word "authenticity" here because I wondered about that. Since I had worn this fragrance for a long time and no very well that it is a lovely fragrance and look forward to smelling it again but no, there was none of that in this bottle.. sad. Pacifica makes lovely products and sometimes you can go in a store and try them. The fragrance does not just disappear after a minute so. I don't know what happened to here . The package looked authentic, and the fragrance did not match something that I distinctly remember as patchouly Berry; one of the most delightful fragrances that I have known..

I've been a huge fan of patchouli my whole life. With patchouli it is so hit or miss. A majority are just too potent. I found the berry patchouli at Target and have loved it ever since. The berry seriously tones down the patchouli and makes it very feminine. You still completely get the wonderful earthy smell from the patchouli and just enough sweetness from the berry to tone it down. With this scent you don't get too much of one or the other. Perfect mix! Only two complaints though... The bottle just isn't big enough! Secondly, it doesn't last very long... Which means you are using this tiny bottle a lot more than you should be.. Hence running out very quickly! Please make the bottle bigger with more product and make a little stronger! With that said...I will still keep purchasing every time I run out! 🩷

I got the Himalayan Patchouli Berry after trying it in a store. I typically cannot stand patchouli at all. I live in California, it’s the hideous smell that people dowse themselves with to cover up weed smoke and days of sweat from twirl dancing to the Grateful Dead....I literally can’t stand it. But this stuff does not smell like that at all. The patchouli is just a mild spicy base note in the fragrance. I think it’s what makes it not as annoyingly sweet as some of Pacifica’s other fragrances. It’s a really nice smell, kind of unusual and hard to describe. Like all of their perfumes that I’ve tried I wish it lasted a bit longer, but I’d rather have to use it more often than have a bunch of chemicals in it. I will say that my least favorite is Tibetan mountain temple. It sounds so good in the description but the actual smell is exactly like the giant weird dusty bowl of potpourri that was sitting on everyone’s coffee tables in the 90s. Gross. It’s the only one of their fragrances that I really don’t like at all.

Sounds like a winning combo of two scents I love the most. This smells like typical "old lad" smell, since I am an old lady theres no way I'm using this. 3 stars cuz my youngest kid likes it

I am so happy Pacifica is selling this again. It is my favorite scent to wear and I was sad that it wasn’t available for a while. I even purchased it on eBay until the prices were too high. This smells so good, but reviews saying it doesn’t smell like patchouli are correct. It really doesn’t, it’s sweet and light with maybe just a hint of patchouli if any. I’m adding that the new bottle is a lighter color than before and although it smells exactly the same it might not be quite a strong. I’m still happy it’s back.

This perfume has no smell at all. It came with a great description but may as well have been a bottle of water. I feel totally ripped off. I wish I could award it 0 stars.
