ONETWOFIT Mini Rebounder Trampoline for Adults with Bar, Adjustable Handle

As someone who is over sixty, I am looking for new ways to improve my health. I did my research and found out that the trampoline has many benefits, including helping out the lymphatic system, cellulite, lower blood pressure, helping with your core, legs, and muscles, and giving you a workout. I can testify that since I have been using the ONEWOFIT trampoline, I have gotten a workout. Why I chose this one. I was looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank. Mini trampolines can range from sixty bucks to a couple of hundred, and I wasn’t ready to spend too much money on something I didn’t think would last for a while. I only weigh 133 pounds, even so, you never know, but I never felt like it would tear. I also wanted something easy to set up. My nephew did most of the assembly. It took him about thirty minutes. What I got After assembly, I put the trampoline to the test, and let me tell you, it can take a pounding. I am in my early sixties, and I felt much lighter while jumping up and down on this thing. I used to do jump jacks, but because of weak knees, I could barely do one. With this trampoline, I am doing a lot more than one. I felt like a kid again jumping up and down. My nephew also tried it out, and he weighs a lot more than me. If you want something affordable, strong, different and you don’t mind sweating, your best bet is to try the ONEWOFIT trampoline. Update. Well, it has been a month, and I am still having a blast on this thing. Sometimes I use various YouTube videos or make up a routine with the help of a variety of music, especially disco.

I have used the small rebounders with metal springs for 3 decades now, and wanted something different. This rebounder trampoline definitely delivers a better workout!! I specifically chose this because the bungee cords appeared to be designed in a way that would last, and not break. When received, they looked very thick and sturdy. The assembly was not quite as quick and easy as the video makes it seem. You really must watch the video though, and follow it exactly for the best results! The tool they provide is invaluable for looping the bungee over the large bead. The first few, when you are stretching out the platform, are by far the toughest. I suggest recruiting a strong guy to assist. The taxing part for me was the squatting and kneeling, as I needed to hold the frame down with either both knees or both feet. Looping the entire frame was a workout in itself. But again - you must watch the video in the Amazon listing to assemble this the most effective and fastest way possible. Once finished, the platform was tighter than expected with a nice bounce and resilience that makes it a much better workout than my prior rebounders. I purchased the 42", which gives you an ample workout surface. The frame also seems very sturdy, yet it is lightweight to carry, as I do move this to and from a closet. The price was outstanding for what you are getting. And - it is super quiet!

I'm 5'2" and 135 lbs and haven't worked out at least 4 years. I was concerned reading all the reviews indicating that it was difficult and/or needed 2 people. I put it together myself. You just need to be creative. Yes my arms were a bit sore the next morning, but nothing bad. I found the frame to be more difficult than the bungee. I had a difficult time with aligning the last hole. Per the instructions as long as I got the majority screws in the frame I was ok. I wasn't able to put one screw in. I turned the frame upside down. Placed the mat in the middle of the frame, on floor, and sat on top of it. . Make sure you use the tool provided to pull the bungee. Put your feet against the frame, hook up the bungee and use your legs and lean back. Your legs are usually stronger than your arms so use mostly that strength. You do need a bit of arm strength, but it was about 30% arm and 70% leg strength needed. For me, I found using the tool with the prongs up to hook on the ball the easiest. Make sure you start putting the bungees on all the corners first. Put one bungee on, then turn around 180 and do the opposite bungie. Yes it's a bit of a work out, but not impossible to do. I tried it out with a 15 minute Youtube work out. I was huffing, puffing and breaking a sweat. The trampoline felt sturdy. The handle was a bit tilted but it was no big deal.

One of the legs is a little wonky a few months in but we're still having fun and using it without issue so it's good for the price. Putting it together was a bit of a pain but the provided tool made it easier. Will update my review if things go sideways, lol

Let me start off by saying I have an 8 person household; 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 5, 9,11,12,17,18) weighing from 45 pounds to 265 pounds (3 of us are thick). All of my kids are distance learning during the COVID pandemic and Minnesota winters make outdoor exercise impractical and impossible. I had to find a form of indoor exercise that would be fun for everyone so, after a month of research and reading reviews, I decided on this (OneTwoFit) octagon rebounder. I didn't think it would last long, but I figured it would be a good way to see if my family and I would like it and use it and if so, buy the $400 one when this one fell apart. Much to my surprise, this trampoline is super sturdy! It hasn't fallen apart or had any issues whatsoever after a month of all 8 of us using it- off and on for 3+ hours each day! I was scared that it would take superhuman strength to put together, but it was really easy (I put on all of the cords on myself with no help). If you follow the directions and watch the video AND make sure to put one cord on, then the next on the opposite (mirror) side, and work in a star-like pattern (as shown in the video and directions) it is simple. I didn't even need to use the included tool to put on the bungee cords. 1. Easy setup - follow the video and included instructions exactly as shown, 20 minutes to put together. 2. Sturdy as heck - just have to occasionally tighten the legs. 3. Quiet - the only thing that makes noise is the handle if it's not tight (handle can be removed but is nice if you lose your balance) 4. Super fun- I'm totally addicted to this trampoline and my whole family loves it. 5. Great workout - you determine the intensity, from easy to sweating your butt off cardio. 6. Light and moveable. 7. Super easy on the joints- great full-body workout without the impact like you'd get on the ground. 8. I've lost 12 pounds and am down a pant and shirt size in just 1 month, 15-20 minutes/day. 9. Great for kids to burn off their energy indoors. 10. It's honestly the best $130 I've ever spent. I've never felt so compelled to write a review. I'll update if there are any problems or issues that occur. This busy mom gives this trampoline 2 thumbs up.

So, It took me a few hours to (close to 6) to put together. The instructions are not clear or helpful. I had to make multiple corrections throughout the assembly process. It takes a good amount of strength to put the bungee cords on, even with utilizing the white tube they provide as a tool. I ended up hurting couple of fingers while trying to connect a couple of them. One of the bars had a plastic obstructing the hole another bar connects to. The plastic cap wouldn’t come off so I had to force it out by using a flat screwdriver and a hammer. The stitching looks bad and missing in some spots so the durability is compromised because of it. The trampoline is kinda stiff and the material is not good quality. The handle bar is flimsy. I’m very disappointed and wish I would’ve purchased a better one somewhere else. Good luck if you buy. I am happy with this rebounder. I purchased the 42" round without the bar. It has a very tight mesh that gives you a great resistance bounce. The installation was easy once you got the hang of it. I thought the frame was too big and never thought those bands would fit all the way around. It will, which makes the resistance very tight. For the price, I am very happy. I would buy it again.

Don’t be put off by reviews of difficulty putting this together. It took ~20 mins by myself as an average strength woman. There is a knack to it but once you’ve got it you can almost do it with one hand 🥴 and following the instructions and video make it super easy. Once constructed the rebounder feels sturdy and good quality. It’s also completely silent. And so so much fun! The bounce is perfect for me (60kg, 5ft 5). Great value for money even at full price.

Leider werden die Schrauben immer wieder locker. Der griffgummi hält auch nicht lange. Ansonsten passt alles

This is a brilliant bit of kit and well worth the money. Contrary to some reviews, I found it straightforward and easy to put together and it feels strong and robust to bounce on. It stacks vertically against a wall and it's easy enough to unscrew the legs if you want it flat. A month on from buying it, I've used it regularly and love it.
