Nice and thick socks
I was pleased at the thickness and height of these socks for my Grandson. They are for Christmas so I don't know how warm they will be, but they sure look substantially thick and warm.

Very surprised at how great these were. Ordered for a rare snow storm we had down south. My 7 and 13 year old kids were both able to wear a pair and neither complained about cold feet while out playing in the snow.

I got these for my son to take snowboarding. He is skinny and gets really cold. These socks kept his feet sufficiently warm and he had no complaints at all about cold feet after being on the mountain for about 5 hours. I was very impressed. He did complain when he wore them to school that his feet got too hot though, great for snow, not good for every day.

Size is larger than advertised, otherwise excellent
We got these both for my daughter and son and they use them when they go for skiing. The stretch factor & comfort are excellent and they look great. The only issue we had was the size being larger than the advertised.

I am a size 6.5 shoe size woman and I bought these for me, as I am not a bright/pastel coloured sock person and all women's socks seem to come in colours. They fit great, wash well and are the warmest socksks I own!
