Does this make little air bubbles that creates popping noise like silly putty does?

No it has a different texture than silly putty. It’s softer.

What do these scents actually smell like? I don’t want to buy something that I have no idea what it smells like. Does spa smell like lavender?

It's not lavender. More like a clean, refreshing smell. (This answer may not help you much, but it's the best I can do.)

How long does this last ?

I’ve had mine since March and as long as you keep the lid on unused portion it will last. If your asking how long you can work with a portion I have played in excess of an hour or when I’m done with it.

Does this contain natural essential oils or synthetic fragrance?

I don't know and I would not buy it as its a waste of money. Buy Play Dough instead
