Too expensive - but a great ingredient for recipes

Lasts for ages
I have been using this mixture for years, as a garlic butter, a mix to add to breadcrumbs, a mix to use on croutons, for garlic mayonnaise, for rubbing into lamb, and so on. It's delicious and as it appeals to our tastes, I wouldn't be without it. A lot of my frinds now use it too.

Roasting
Great on lamb and if you blanche som potatoes drain and put a healthy glug of olive oil in pan then lashings of Johnny’s toss in pan then roast. Wow!!! 🤪

今から40年前は米軍基地の中でしか購入できませんでした。日本にコストコが参入して帰るようになったのですが、その後Amazonでも買える用になり定期的に購入しています。量が多いので、使う分以外は冷凍保存しています。 主にイタリアン系に向いているスパイスです。ガーリックが強いです。 パンにバターの上に振りかければガーリックトースト、シンプルなペペロンチーノに振り掛ければコクが増し、シチューのアクセント、唐揚げの衣のアクセントと多種多様です。 とても美味しく、素材の味変イタリアン系ガーリックには我が家では欠かせない逸品です。 40年以上使っています。 裏切らない調味料です。
