Fluoride And Chlorine Replacement Filter Gravity Water System, Alkaline and Adds Minerals

Love this whole system! I've been using this water filter for years and absolutely love the taste. It's easy to fill up, and love that it takes so much out of water including fluoride and adds minerals back in. You can definitely taste the difference compared to heaper brands. Love the counter system, makes it easy for kids to use as well. We just use a pot of water and fill it each morning and have water all day. Worth the money forsure

Great replacement filters

Have been using the santevia water filter since 2017. I've purchased two one for my home and one for my daughter's home. We will only drink water from the santevia filter system. Best purchase yet. We bought containers to fill so we can take it with us wherever we go never use any other water only what comes from the santevia filter system. Water is crystal clear and beautiful. It's just me now i drink close to a gallon of water daily but I still clean it and change the filter every 4 to 5 months wouldn't have it any other way santevia you rock

I love the filter. This one is to replace the original one and it's time. Unfortunately, it was broken when I got it. Called the number for Santevia, sent pictures and the receipt... they're sending out a new one.

Okay, so I've owned the Santevia Gravity water system for about 6 months now, thus my need to order a new filter. I ordered this one, and it arrived with original Santevia brand packaging, so I assume I'm getting the real thing. Anyway, here's the bad news. The filter is definitely shorter and appears to not have as much filtering media in it as the original filter that came with the system. I also noticed it seems to filter water through a bit quicker (though still slowly)than the original filter. So here's the good news (I think). After taking off the packaging material and holding the actual filter in my hand, I carefully inspected the outer casing of the filter and ran my finger up and down the casing several times. To the best I could tell, the outer casing is now all one piece vs. the original filter that appeared to have a casing consisting of two pieces and hence, the problem of the filter breaking in two for some people. So, if I'm correct in this assumption, this new design should solve that problem of breaking into two pieces. Being that the filter is smaller, I'm probably going to change it now every 5 months vs. 6 months. I took one star off for this. Other than that, installed the new filter, ran a couple of fills through the filter as the directions say, and the water is tasting very good. ***Update in November 2022*** Quality control problems. If you look carefully at the photo, you'll see a whitish ring at the top of the filter. This ring should be BELOW the threads. I just replaced my filter today and it wouldn't screw onto the plastic mechanism that is part of the system. The bottom line is they are overfilling the filter and sitting the ring above where it should be which is preventing me from screwing on the new filter. I've been using this system for about 3 years now and first time I've had this happen. I was able to take out some of the filter medium/charcoal and fit the ring down where it should be but what a hassle. The pictured filter is my one to use in a few months so I have two that are defective. Not happy with how expensive these are and I'm past my return window. My advice: check your filter the day it arrives and be sure that top ring is located below the filter threads otherwise they packed it to tight and you want be able to screw it on the main unit.

Since we switched our water cooler over to this self filtering system, we have had great success! We both drink about a gallon of water a day each and this filter has no problem keeping us loaded with fresh water! We also have noticed a big difference in how our home brewed coffee tastes using water filtered through this as apposed to regular tap or even bottled water. We have also noticed that I need to replace the filter in our Keurig coffee maker fewer times a year since all of the impurities are getting filtered out with this system as well. This Santevia Ultrasonic Filteration System was and continues to be a great investment!
