I have been taking these for just under a week and my gut health is already improving, I am still quite shocked really because everything I have tried over the years has never worked. I do follow a healthy diet so I don’t think they are going to work if you consume junk food on a daily bases. The whole point is to be as healthy as possible or what is the point of taking these probiotics? We purchased them for a reason right?
