These are just as worthless as most supposed colon cleanse products... What it did for me during the first week? It caused bad cramps, bloating, constipation, and even diarrhea. I would never use this product again, nor recommend it. It's not safe. About 10 years ago I used a colon cleansing product that was a slow and gentle process, with absolutely none of those symptoms and caused a larger clean out over 3 weeks. Unfortunately, over the past 5 years, I've tried about 8 different products and all caused too many symptoms and no benefits. I have realized it is not wise to mess with your gut giome, so until I can find something proven to be gentle, I'll never try a random, or cheap product claiming to clear the colon; it isn't worth the health risks.

Im on my 3rd order. These pills clean you OUT! I only had to pray 1 time that I make it home. I know they hit me in 8 hrs so I time when I take them to make sure Im home or near a bathroom. I dont take if I have something to do like going out or hiking. LOVE this product❤️

I have to say, I was a little afraid to try these after reading a bunch of the reviews. So many of them mention the extreme cramping you can experience while waiting for these to start clearing you out. And you definitely do experience cramping. I was also surprised about how many people talked about needing to exercise every day while taking this, but it all makes sense.I followed everyone’s advice, taking it in the evening so it could work its way through my system overnight, made sure to drink plenty of water, and tried to do better about moving around during the day. The movement and extra water are great for your system anyways, so you’re just doing good things for your body. The stuff got my system moving and ready to go in the morning after I woke up. Actually, the feeling woke me up. It’s definitely not a feeling you want to ignore. The first couple of days I took this, I had to go a couple of times throughout the morning, but then I was fine for most of the rest of the day.I didn’t take it for the full 15-day cleanse, I just took it a couple of days at a time when I felt I needed a clean out and that seems to be working ok for me. I was afraid of what I was going to do if I took it for the full 15 days.

My wife and I decided to try this cleanse together. We each took one dose. I had bowel movements but nothing urgent or significant. My wife had extremely urgent bowel movements, stomach cramping, and because of the intensity and frequency she experienced irritation to the point of some external bleeding. Like I said, these products affect everyone differently and you're taking a chance whenever you use them. It's impossible to know what will happen. Just do your research and make sure you are aware of possible issues like we experienced. I personally feel this product is a bit too powerful for an over the counter consumer.

Omg I took it for the first time last night and within the first hour of work had to go home. I couldn’t stop running to the bathroom, had the WORST cramps I’ve ever had, and literally sat on the toilet, feeling like I was losing consciousness, while laying my head on a trash can about to throw up for 20 minutes. Sped home like I never have before. Does it get better?? This is only day one!!😩 I’m scared to do it again with work tomorrow
