Great for after baby
Easy to use and the cold pack worked great for after having a baby. They are a little bulky could only use for about an hour for absorbency but that’s about how long the cold pack lasted.

Great for postpartum
I got these for my postpartum journey. They are huge pads and provide comfort in all areas down there. I have only had a few problems regarding durability and I was unable to use a couple of them because I “popped” them wrong. It provided adequate pain relief, but you had to replace them quite often because they will become warm fast.

amazing for postpartum recovery- these were the same kind they gave me in the hospital. they might not have the witch hazel like the fridamom ones but they stay colder longer for sure

Love these! However will remain “cold” for about 15 minutes then get cool for up to an hour.

Must have postpartum
If you push out a human and got rip in the process, your gonna need 4 of these. Its the same one the Hospital uses, but they only give you a few so be sure to stack up. Personally I only used 3 boxes. Its easy to use, works very well in any size bottoms, it absorbs well for accidents, good source of pain relief and can even be use to cool your head or body during fevers of you have extras.
