Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Shadow & Liner, Eye Candy Collection - Brown Eye Candy - 0.26 oz

I know its not the sellers fault and that i shood know that these shadows havent been made in a long time and you cant find it in stores so i shouldve expected it to be old but it definitely did not look safe to use. The shadows were covered in what looked like white residue that im guessing is mold. The brush was strangely wet, soggy, and sticky. this product is definitely not safe to use! When i looked at the box, the date said it was made in 2010! This is old as heck! Im glad i didnt use it because i would have had a really bad eye infection. Im not sure why the price is so high when these shadows are expired! If you wanna risk using it, then we shood at least only spend 5 or 6 bucks on this, not 25.00 ! Id return it but i dont trust sending it back and its too much trouble! Just dont waste your money on this! Drugstores sell the shimmer strips but its a newer product and is natural colors but at least you know its not gonna be old!

I've come to find that out of all colors, lavender and and an orange based bronze color compliments brown eyes the best! (These colors would also compliment all other eye colors too since browns bring out greens and blues and the lavender is also great for hazel and green)!I love this eye candy..not sure if this color palette is discontinued, but this is the best color selection from the Physicians Formula Eye Enhancing Shadow out of all of them in my opinion (and I have owned/tried all of the ones for "brown eyes"). This one makes my brown eyes stand out the BEST!! I actually use the lavender on the lid and the bronze orange brownish shade in the crease and the darkest brown in the crease (very small). This is also versatile though and can be used in many ways (more than the photos on the packaging show).The pigment of these seems to also be stronger than the other brown eye shadows from them. It's creamy and VERY long lasting, and not glittery but more "satin" or pearly. I LOVE this so much I ordered another one right away!! Cant find this anywhere else!! Stocking up for sure!! :)

Nice assortment of colors to this eye shadow, does not flake during the day after application. (Flakes a bit at application so do not wear black while putting it on, or just be sure to blow off the eye shadow that falls and not brush it off - it will dig in then.) Nice shiny colors. I really like the long application wand compared to the standard short one.

I gave this 4 stars just because it was a lot smaller than I expected. I use it a lot so it's not gona last me very long

I actually use this instead of Color Wow or any other "root touch-up" powder for my medium auburn hair. The bottom four colors in the tray provide a perfect match with highlights. I may use the top colors as eye shadow, but for now, I am thrilled that this matches so well and holds through exercise class and pillow tossing.

I love physicians formula & this eyeshadow pallette was another winner!! I don't so much like the shades they have for green or hazel eyes but these brown eye colors are gorgeous with my brighter colored complexion. I am in love!! Will buy again!!!!

This eye shadow cracked pretty fast unfortunately and it wasn't dropped or anything. The applicator also fell apart pretty easily.

If you like bright, bold colors then you'll love this! However it's not for me. Product it good just not the right colors for me.
