It dissolves nicely and doesn’t leave an aftertaste that’s too bad! I mainly got it for my ninja creami recipes because it’s the perfect blend of monkfruit which is sweet as sugar and allulose which freezes very well. It’s a great low calorie alternative for sugar!

This is my second order and I love this golden monk fruit sweetener. It is very close to real brown sugar but not quite as sweet. You do need to use more to get the same sweetness but I like that you don't get the real sugar effects that can raise your blood glucose. I will keep ordering it.

More quantity is needed to get same sweetness as sugar.
The sweetener is good, however more quantity is needed. I have been using monk fruit sweetener without any additives and it is very sweet, very small quantity is needed.
