This is more of a charity donation than a purchase, so if you want to do something sweet, you should order this. It's one of those orders where the price isn't something I would usually even look at for this size but because I understand that it goes to an Islamic charity, then it makes the price increase understandable as it is going towards a good cause. For taste this was very sweet, and it had a nice amount of runny texture to it that you could use it in spreads (that is what I used it all on). I did try some in my tea but I didn't think I put enough for me to taste the same amount of sweetness that regular white sugar does. Now I will be honest, it isn't the best tasting honey that I've tried or even that you can get out there, if anything this price is really expensive for the grams you're getting.

decent honey, acquired taste
Seems to be a good enough honey. The label claims the honey is being sourced from Black Bee Honey, a well known B corp who sources honey from British beekeepers. It has a good consistency and it has slightly crystallised, which is a good sign for an unadulterated honey. Unfortunately it's impossible to say with any certainty if a honey is 100% genuine or not.My main gripes are with the price and the taste. I can understand the price, being for charity. The honey is just a small bonus for your donation, otherwise £9 for a small (227g !) jar is probably the most expensive honey I've ever seen (bar the Manuka honey). When it comes to the taste, I really disliked the finish. It starts well enough but at the end you're left with a woody, soil, wood in the forest kind of smell - I know, weird, but I don't know how else to describe it. Point being, it's the first honey I've ever tasted (and I tasted quite a lot, from several countries and regions) and I didn't enjoy its taste. Your experience and taste may vary, other people seem to have enjoyed it, but I didn't like it.So although it's not a bad honey or a bad deal (remember, charity) overall, it's not something I would ever buy again.

A Delicious & Thick Honey That's Great For Crumpets
The media could not be loaded. This honey is great and tastes very nice indeed. It's a slightly grainy honey, but I quite like the little sugar crystals that occur naturally. My first thought on trying this directly off the spoon was that it reminded me of the times I'd eaten pure honeycomb. It's great on crumpets or toast and we've also been using it in our homemade smoothies. The fact it also helps a charity is fantastic too.

Rich and vibrant in flavour, with smoky, caramel, and woody notes
This honey is not only delicious but also well-packaged, creating a positive first impression. It has a thick yet runny consistency and a silky smooth texture. As a raw and unpasteurised honey, it lacks artificial or processed flavours, providing a unique taste that stands out without overwhelming sweetness, unlike many store-bought varieties. In terms of flavour, it bursts with rich and deep notes, blending smoky, caramel, and woody resinous undertones, all without any harsh bitterness. The enjoyable taste, combined with its significant health benefits, makes this honey leave a lasting impression. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a high-quality, natural honey experience.

A Delicious and Healthy Honey from British Wildflowers
This honey is pure, raw, and unpasteurized, which preserves its natural goodness. It has a rich flavor, a unique taste, and deep notes from the nectar of British wildflowers. It has a smooth texture and a perfect thickness for spreading or drizzling. It is a natural sweetener that supports the local beekeepers, farmers, and children in need. It is a delicious and healthy honey that I recommend.
