2 in the package, very well packaged. Tried on a few days ago. I used a metal pizza pan because I worried about putting it directly on the rack. It was better than I expected. I could still taste a little cauliflower but for me was tolerable. I'm new to Paleo so it just takes time to get used to a different way of eating.

Let them sit for 10 minutes, put on a little bit of olive oil, tomato sauce, seafood topping. Put one on the oven rack at 500 for ten minutes. The rack cut through the pizza. Cleaned the oven and lined with aluminum foil. Put # 2 on the oven rack. Same thing happened. It never crisped at all. There might be a trick to it but I'm thinking, too small, too expensive, too tricky.

I order the two pack and received two crusts. I'd say each crust is for a personal sized pizza. I defrosted for 10 minutes, put on sauce, cheese and toppings, baked for 13 minutes. It came out great. I like the taste of the crust and am glad that it's lower carb. Everything was easy. However, I can't justify paying $12 per personal sized crust. I pay $12 per Freshly meal, which is entirely prepared and ready to eat and I don't need to buy any other ingredients or do any more cooking. I like these crusts a lot but I probably won't be buying a bunch more until the price goes down further.

I am a HUGE fan of pizza but let's face it, there's way too many carbs and calories in even one slice. My kids love pizza too, and they could not care less about carbs/calories, so when I order pizza for them, I make my own delicious pizza on one of these Cauliflower Pizza Crusts. I keep them in my freezer and follow the directions as written and my craving for pizza is satisfied. I have tried many other Cauli crusts and I like these the best. :)

The cost of these has made me just purchase a prepared gluten free pizza rather than having to make it myself.

Overall the crust was ok. The pizza crusts are very small - about 8" in diameter. Also, the price is WAY too high for only two crusts. Package came thawed and had to put in freezer before cooking. Crust also took much longer in oven to crisp up and was very difficult to flip over to get both sides crisp. Will NOT buy again.
