I bought this product to be used after my shoulder surgery. The bag slipped into a pillowcase cover nicely and stays cold for extremely long time. I would recommend this product and I would also like to mention that the The ice sheets are easy to store, clean and reuse.

面白いと思って値段もたかくなかったので購入しましたが、透明の部分は凄く薄いフィルムなので簡単に切れちゃいそうです 切れても中身は純水だから大丈夫って書いてあるけど、やっぱ切れるって事かな？ まだ使ってないけど、んーーーって感じですねw
