I’ve tried many magnesium glycinate supplements and I’m decidedly not a fan of this one. I chose this as it had GMP certification and the price seemed reasonable.When I first took the capsules however, they had a distinctly musty taste. I’m not sure if it affected the nutrition or if was superficial. I did add a moisture absorbing packet of silica gel to the bottle and after about a week the smell/taste disappeared. So a note to the manufacturer: please include moisture absorbers in your bottles.I usually take magnesium before bed to help with my sleep. But I found myself waking up more often during the night after starting this supplement. Overall I’m disappointed with this one and won’t be purchasing it again.
