Cleaned it out now it really puts water out and doesn't get cold anymore no ice drops

I did not like that cold water was not on demand, ice making MUST be turned on in order to dispense cold water and I had a leak BUT the ice it made was fantastic and the seller was terrific to work with. If you do run into a problem and find you need to return the item, be on the lookout for an email from the seller. Amazon flagged my return request as a self return (I had to pay to ship), but the seller followed up (without any prompting or complaint from me) with an email instructing me to ignore that. They requested pictures of the issue and once they received them I was issued a paid return label. I probably would have tried to fix the leak myself if it were not for the cold water/ ice functionality, it really is a very good ice maker.This is an ice maker that will sometimes dispense cold water. It's not a cold water dispenser that also makes ice. If you are looking for an ice maker, this is a great machine.

We loved this icemaker when it worked, but it was really only about a year. There isn’t a cleaning function on the machine, and although we only used filtered water ever, it just stopped working.

We bought this product back in Aug 2019. We used the 3 gal jugs of water on it and it worked perfectly. Loved the ice it made. Just recently it stopped making ice. Water stilled flowed out of the side and continues to work. After cleaning everything we knew to clean, it still would not make ice. We got 3 full years out of it so I guess that is all you can expect out of an appliance anymore. Has been very handy in hurricane. Great machine, so we ordered another one.

I have an antique-style fridge with no ice maker so, over the last eleven years, I have purchased 5 countertop ice makers. When #4 bit the dust and started leaking all over the place, I knew I would have to pay more money for an ice maker that didn't need replacing every couple of years. When I saw this, I knew I had found what I was looking for. It's obviously commercial grade, feeds the water in from the top via a water bottle, and makes ice FAST. REALLY fast. And, I LOVE the fact that there is a built-in spigot for ice water. The water is actually ice-melt so it is teeth-chattering cold. If you live in a warm-weather climate where ice is an absolute necessity, but lack an automatic ice maker or want another one for your bar or entertaining, you will absolutely love this product. But, be prepared, you should also buy ice storage bags because this things REALLY works.

Overall, this is a good ice machine water dispenser the instruction to this is a little vague about cleaning mostly just wants you to wipe out the inside with a damp cloth however there is a buildup of stuff inside this machine that will make it stop working the only thing I have found that cleans it is to pour about a half cup of bleach or descaler into the machine and this is very important you have to let it run about an hour then you must empty the water out and put fresh in and keep doing this until your ice no longer smells like bleach

We have to replace our ice maker about every year and a half, they just don't seem to survive us. We use a lot of ice during the summer and it gets frustrating running low/out. Reasons for getting this was because of the high ice storage capacity and because of the bottle capability. It's so much easier, now, to know when it's running low on water. It also has a spout for cold water itself, which I have used and works well (comes out slow, but that's not a big deal). I would definitely get this again when the time comes for replacement. Went through a lot of ice recently when having to use an ice pack and still always had plenty of ice on hand for everyone when we needed it for drinks.

We bought this because our ice machine in our refrigerator broke and I was tired of running to the store every day to get bags of ice. It works great and I like that it doubles as a water cooler. My only complaint is that the ice bin is a bit janky. It doesn't pull out easy, but other than that, I really like it.
