I bought one last year and noticed literally a night-and-day difference from the ones with 2-3 little wands that could could positioned in different ways, also touted as "full spectrum". It probably saved my lemon tree. I bought this light after my little tree started to drop its leaves about 2 months after being brought indoors. It did go on to lose almost 50% of its leaves, but made it to Spring. My other plants also looked dull and spindly, and lost leaves. Some did not survive. This year, I bought a second one, and ALL my plants are happy! I decided to try overwintering one pepper and one eggplant, as well as some herbs and succulents. NO leaves lost, the lemon tree exploded in flowers! And my eggplant is actually flowering, the pepper plant produced 3 peppers under this light! The telescoping design makes storage compact and easy when not in use. My only wish is for replacement light array heads, since one did stop working. Can anyone at Amazon advise on this, or would my only recourse be to contact the manufacturer?

I bought this to give my over-wintering plants (we live in New England and it gets cold!) a fighting chance to make it to spring and it has really perked them up. The light panels are bright, easy to aim, and the timing control is simple and easy to set up. My only knocks on the setup is that the stand is very lightweight. If the lights are all oriented to one side, it struggles to stay vertical. And the blinking blue LED that indicates what timing setting is selected can get super annoying in a room which you would like to stay dark (i.e. a bedroom). You'll see from my pictures that I solved this with a little black cloth bag that holds the switch mechanism. It's a workaround, but it does the job. And the plants you see in the photo are a bunch of hibiscus plants I started from seeds a couple of months ago. Fingers crossed, they will take root in the yard this spring!

This is my 2nd purchase of this item since we're about to go into another winter. The first one worked so well that the plants continued to grow and created new stems while in the house and not close to a window.

I had a monstera that I left out in the cold and I cut it all the way back to stubs and put it under this grow light to try to save it from what I thought was imminent death. The same day, I took a cutting from my other indoor monstera, which sits in a full sun window. Check out the difference in growth!!! The tiny stubs are on the monstera I have in a full sun window. The picture with all the growth is this grow light! Absolutely incredible results!!!
