Christmas guft for daughter still gets the job done.

Like a child's toy, not an actual vac or mop at all. Easily broken. I have only had it for a couple of months and it's been a gross headache. The bottom pat somehow chipped away and now no attachments can be added to the thing. The vacuum piece is stuck inside too. The filters are comical. Oh my gosh. What a rinky dink item. I had no idea things like this existed. I was shocked I couldn't get a refund or any assistance from amazon support. This item really smells too because water gets in the tank and creates sludge. Just don't buy it. Go by something legit, like Dyson. I'm sure they have quality support too. Def my worst home purchase ever.

I love this. I don’t use the mop part it is actually quite annoying to have, not what I thought it would be. But overall it works wonders and I love what I got

Oh my goodness! I have tile floors and mopping everyday is out of the question. I mop once or twice a week but in between, I use this. Its very easy to use as it swiffers AND picks up debris at the same time. It came with extra pads and they are washable. The only thing I dont like is its hard to pour solution into the spout but I have a filter so Im not wasting product. I love that it has a long cord as well.

I love this vacuum but hate the crappy handle. Mine broke after falling off a number of times. I really wish they put a proper length bolt to connect and hold the plastic casing in place on the aluminum part of the handle. We can't even f8s the plastic piece with gorilla glue once it finally cracked and came off. So now I have to hunch down to use and that is painful when You add back issues. Please fix the handle design and let me know how You can send me a replacement handle piece. I requested support with the handle when it broke. I never received a response of any kind. Quite disappointing!

Easy to use and assemble. Doesn’t replace a regular vacuum but definitely does the job as far as picking up crumbs and stuff on hard floor. Worth every penny

Zero Stars. Assembled and turned on to see make sure it worked, never added water to tank, it ran for 2 seconds and shut off. Followed by a burning smell. Gave it 10 minutes and tried it again, in another outlet, to rule out a power issue and same thing happened. Contacted the seller and they offered me 30% back, and would not replace nor refund, unless I ship it back. I explained I have an APO (Military) so mail comes in and doesn’t go out, and crickets chirping. Never heard from them again. Vac Mop is now in the trash. Horrible customer service and I lost my $. Don’t buy from them.

I bought this to use on my tile floors. After the day I mopped the floors it helped to freshen everything up. We have 3 pets and they drag dirt. It’s a good purchase but it won’t replace your regular vacumm. More like a everyday kitchen vac/mop.
