INJORA 050 50T Brushed Motor with Complete Transmission for SCX24

If you're thinking about getting this one, then I can absolutely tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt it is worth it. It bolts in ridiculously easily and performs so smoothly and quietly that you'll almost swear it's brushless. Wonderful replacement for a stock burnout or just a bit of an upgrade, for instance if you don't want to go crazy. It doesn't give you as much speed as the stock motor or some of the upgrade options, but that's not what this motor is for drug tests it provides great low down torque fits amazing ly. As for durability, we'll see.

Worked perfect in my SCX24! Slightly more speed but a lot more torque! VERY easy install. Peace of mind my motor/trans will hold up to all the heavy upgrades now.

Caught this on sale and I'm very happy with the upgrade. High quality as expected with Injora. I have the most aggressive underdrive gears (1/12T 33% reduction) for my rear and it really helps with crawling, but my rig was slow as heck. When my buddies and I get together with our rigs, mine would out perform them when crawling rocks and objects while camping, but sometimes we joust and play King of the Hill. I just don't have the speed to evade and turn around. Now I'm back to stock speed or maybe a hair faster. To fit this motor on my SCX24 4Runner, I had to cut off the right front battery tray mount. It would not fit within the frame rails because the motor is soo close to it. I glued the cut mount back to the battery tray on a way where I could screw it to the outside of the frame rail. Easy. FYI, rather than upgrade the motor, I could have placed overdrive gears in the front, essentially increasing the speed of the rig by making the front wheels spin faster, but going in reverse would still be slow. In the end, I chose the motor upgrade stinky because I wanted more power and the metal transmission. These 1/24th crawlers are super addicting and fun!

After installing it so far so good. Seems really smooth similarly to the injora 11kg servo i have. Wasn't expecting to like the smoothness as much as I do. Sounds similar to stock but different. Seems to have more power and Seems to do a slower crawl better then stock but not as good as brushless obviously. I also changed the drives halts to injora ones and I feel those add to the smoothness for some reason. Would buy this again or even just the motor again for the price.

Easily the best upgrade * for SCX24 or even a sub-comp custom build. Definitely pair this with Injora MB100.2 ESC. Almost brushless performance, more engaging as you need to drive your truck, can't just point and shoot. Quality, function, looks, install.....all 5 Star. *Wheels and tires, ESC a must also.

If you have an SCX24 truck, this is what you need. I got the 50t motor all metal transmission. Now i have low down trigger control where as with the stock motor/trans it's not strong at all and i had to give it more throttle just to start moving and stock trans is noisy where this metal trans with helical cut gears is much quieter. In my opinion this should be one of the first upgrades you do if you own an SCX24 pickup truck style. It has SO much more power now. This motor is almost twice as long as the stock motor. I dont know what all models it fits but the BaseCamp, C10 and pickup trucks i know it fits. I would definitely buy again. OH yeah... i almost forgot. This bolts right in. Take out 3 screws from the chassis... remove the driveshaft halves and transfer them to the new trans. insert front driveshaft then rear and put back the 3 screws to hold the trans in. Then plug the motor into the stock ESC. it will run on all the stock electronics.

super smooth easy to install (10 minutes) faster than stock and slower than stock too

We have now used this motor for a few months many many times. We have had to take it apart to clean/oil it once after some fine sand got in. It's still going great. Much more torque epically at low end. A bit more top speed. You'll need to cut your battery tray but that's OK.
