Very nice. Easy to set up, you just put water and oil in & plug it up. It comes with a remote so you can change the lighting and operate the diffuser. Pleased with my purchase as it puts out a very good bit of steam. My whole house smelled like it. It’s the perfect size, too.

I’ve been using this diffuser in my 1,000 sq ft apartment, and it works beautifully. The scent spreads evenly throughout the entire space and lasts all day without needing constant refills. The water tank is a great size for extended use. There is a slight buzzing sound when it's running at night, but it’s barely noticeable and not a dealbreaker at all. If you’re looking for a reliable diffuser that can handle larger rooms, this one is a solid choice!

I've never owned a diffuser of any kind before, and I don't use essential oils -- except for one.I've worn patchouli since 1970 as a perfume, and never thought about using it for any other purpose. But after putting three drops in this diffuser, my little house smells very "relaxed." I have it sitting on the sideboard in the dining room, and it looks and smells great.The vapor stream doesn't climb as high as I would like, but it works well enough to clear the furniture it sits on, so that's fine. The unit is super quiet, and the cool colors are just a neat bonus.

Holds a good amount of water. It is quiet. But the remote sucks and basically doesn’t reach from anywhere.

The media could not be loaded. The best brand of diffusers. I now own the 100ml and the 500ml diffusers and I am head over heels for them. The mist shoots high into the air avoiding the issue of it landing on the table top causing dampness. The 500 ml allows for a high/low mist setting and comes with remote. The 100ml just has intermittent vs continuous mist and light change with no remote. The 100ml allows for bright and dim light options of each color. I use the 500ml in my master bedroom and living room spaces and 100ml for my kids bedroom. 10/10 recommend both. They work equally well.

When I first used my diffuser I was very impressed. I have used various diffusers for years, both expensive and inexpensive and this one held its own. The output of smell was great, the remote control was simple to use, the unit was nice overall, but then….a little over a month later, right outside of the return window it started leaking from the bottom. Water was literally pouring from the bottom of the unit. I had no recourse, since it was a few days out of the return window, but to throw it away. Although the unit worked great, I will not be purchasing another one. I will have to search for another brand with better reviews.*UPDATE* - First let me say that the customer service from this company is top tier. After reading my review they reached out and provided me with a replacement unit, at no charge. Alas, things were great in the beginning, but then…at almost the same exact time as before (a little over a month) water and oil started leaking from the bottom of the unit. At this point I don’t know if I am the problem or if this particular diffuser is the problem. I have had several diffusers from different companies before that have lasted years, but this one seems to only be good for a few weeks to a month. I am very disappointed and will be seeking out another diffusers I have purchased in the past. Thanks for the great customer service though!

So far this has worked perfectly. However, do not over fill or it won’t work. Also, I found I would let it run until empty, wipe out with a paper towel, place in my oils then water just to fill line then run and I would have a better smelling aroma. Note: after about 10 uses wipe out container with 70% alcohol with a paper towel and gently clean the center “dot” with alcohol as it can become “clogged” with your oils. This allows the machine to run better. Just my opinion and experience with using diffusers for many years. Great value for the money. Love the size and color options.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:Seller reached out to me. Offered a refund or replacement. Since Amazon already refunded my money, seller sent me a replacement. The old one was defective because the new one works great. Mist is projecting out great, buttons and remote work to the settings I wanted. Definitely would recommend this difusser. Great customer service too.Ipurchased this particular difusser, based on the product's description. It appeared to be a step above the others that offer a similar product. Right out of the box, it looked the same as the other 4 difussers I have. I assembled it, added water and oil and turned it on. REMOTE didn't work. Buttons on front didn't work the same way the instructions indicated. The beep is so soft you can't tell what setting you are on. The center, where the water bubbles up, is very weak and inconsistent. I found an old remote and got it working, somewhat. Hardly any mist coming out, doesn't stay on and shuts off when it feels like it. The lights are working periodically. I might have just gotten a defective unit but, be sure to keep your shipping box in case this happens to you and you have to return it.
