Freedom Freedom Mobility Fully Automatic Scooter Lift Carrier, Swing Away Joint, Class III

This is the perfect lift for my scooter. It was easy to install, it took my husband and grandson about an hour and a half to install the lift and run the wiring harness. Judie from Top Mobility called to verify that the lift would work with our vehicle and my scooter. She was great and was able to get the lift shipped that afternoon. If I could give Top Mobility a 10, I would.

We received this a couple weeks ago. Keep in mind that if you do not fill out the information for the specs of your vehicle they will not ship it out. Even though Amazon says that it was shipped. I found that out the hard way. Other than that when we finally got it it’s definitely what I expected. And it works great. I have two different size scooters, one’s a little larger than the other. It accommodates both sizes. Not having to strap anything down is wonderful. The arm definitely holds it secured to the platform. And the ease of use is Super easy. Just a turn of the key at the flick of a switch and you’re on your way. As other people had mentioned you definitely need a vehicle that has good suspension. I do not recommend this lift for any vehicle that is a small size. I have a Dodge ram 1500. And you can definitely see it pulling down the back end of my truck when the scooter is on it. It is quite heavy on its own so keep that in mind. The company so far seems competent in what they do. When we had the mess up on the delivery schedule and the paperwork that I never filled out on time. The gentleman and the woman that I spoke to at two separate times were very professional and very helpful to rectify the problem. Good luck!

We purchased this electronic lift for my mobility scooter. We had a previous tiltable platform, but it still took two people to load the scooter. This was super easy to install, and it takes less than 2 minutes to load or unload my scooter. I can now operate the lift and use my scooter again, even when my spouse is not around. It is the best purchase ever! I highly recommend this product if you have mobility limitations and want to regain your independence.

Its a great price an works like it sapose to wished I had got it sooner. Had my son install lines it took about 1 hour.👍

Called the Freedom 800 number for some technical assistance and was told I they will not support because I purchased it from Amazon and not one of their authorized dealers
