Excellent, compact and affordable projector.
I've had this projector for close to a year, using it on a daily basis for watching TV shows and movies, in tandem with a folding screen and wireless soundbar. Overall, I've been impressed with the picture quality and ease of use offered by the projector, as well as it's compact and unobtrusive format. The automatic image correction and focus are generally reliable and function very well for a projector at this price. If the projector is positioned at a significant angle, to the side of the screen/projection surface, there is some "softening" of the image in the upper corner farthest away from the lens. However, this isn't really noticeable in normal use, and positioning the projector more centrally avoids the issue altogether. Similarly, projecting from a significant angle often requires use of the manual correction to ensure the image is fully symmetrical. However, after a little bit of use, making these adjustments becomes second nature and takes only a few seconds. The sound quality of the inbuilt speakers is surprisingly good and loud, again given it's diminutive size. However, using a external speaker setup will significantly enhance the movie viewing experience. The Bluetooth connectivity is excellent, and it unfailingly links to my soundbar upon start-up, and there is no noticeable lag or synchronization problem between the image and sound. Similarly, WiFi connectivity is strong and stable (even though my router is on the other side of the house and on a different floor). Media plays without hiccups from USBs or when input from another device that's connected via HDMI. I don't really cast content from my phone, so can't comment on this aspect of the projector's performance. The inbuilt battery is okay - but watching anything of movie length requires the projector to be set in power saving mode, which significantly dims the image, even in a fairly dark room. At full brightness, you can expect to get through an average episode of a TV show (45-60 minutes) but no more. To get best use out of the projector, it needs to be plugged in to mains power, which obviously limits its portability somewhat. In all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely look to buy a newer model Nebula when I finally want or need an upgrade.

Solid portable projector for the price
This was a little bit of a stab in the dark as I was looking for a small portable projector for the bedrooms and the mars 3 air had just come out and had no real reviews yet. I was first tempted by the Samsung Freestyle 2, but a lot of reviewers noted that for its price (~£700) it wasn't that good a projector. IIRC it only goes up to 240 lumens. But it had good apps and connectivity, so it was hard to find something with a similar feature set but cheaper. The Mars 3 was generally recommended as an alternative, but that's a similar price point to the Freestyle for a bulkier, brighter protector that's better for outdoor use, which I don't care about that much. That's where the Mars 3 Air came in - at £450 it's much cheaper than the freestyle, almost twice as bright, and has excellent connectivity and app support, with even native Netflix, which the more expensive Mars did not have. Some things to watch out for - first time set up is a bit slow, confusing and clunky. Google Home setup via the app is pretty okay, but it took a *long* time to download and install firmware updates. Once it was up and running, it still behaved weirdly, e.g. I could not access the settings menu, or sign in to YouTube, or download new apps at all at first. The trick seems to have been to reboot it several more times. Once fully set up it all works as expected. The auto keystone features and auto focus in my experience aren't great - they're a good starting point, but at least in my space, I usually do need to go in and manually adjust them. If this is the case for you, I would recommend turning off auto keystone and auto focus on startup and after movement, so you don't have to recalibrate every time you nudge it or turn it off. Overall though I think it's a really good deal for the price - responsive UI, very solid brightness and colours, great sound. Connectivity and apps all work fantastically, and having Netflix natively on the device is great! You can also Chromecast easily from a laptop or phone. Expect a bit of faff during first time setup, but after that it's a really solid device!

Great Projector 📽️
This was my second projector I have ever bought, the first being a cheap £60 unknown brand one which was terrible a few years ago. This is 100x better overall, with the key stone correction and image quality. It is only 1080p HD quality, but what great picture overall, and projecting at about 100 inch screen with potential of reaching 150”. Not had a larger wall to try any bigger but I personally think that was more than suitable. I watched a 4K video which downscaled to 1080p, but could barely tell the difference. Fantastic that it has google tv built in, which I never used before, so functional and easy to use. At 400 lumens the brightness is great, the black colours are dark and the bright colours have great contrast. So far a great portable projector that can be transported outside or in. I have watched various things since using, such as; tour de france biking, films, tv shows, and most of the tv apps, as well as trying outside in the evening. They all work great. I should say that I was debating on getting the Nebula Capsule 3 instead of this, but the more research I did the more it led me to this product simply for its increased lumens, projector’s size, and ability of increasing the screen size without distorting much of the image. I am not saying I wouldn’t choose the Nebula Capsule 3, but this projector had more going for me. Unless anything happens I will update my review, but this has been my best purchase this year. I am no expert of projectors but I think this is a great entry product, and for enjoying a home cinema like setup.

I was not sure if a small projector was going to work outdoors even at night. We use it on our roof terrace, so they're is quite a bit of ambient light around, but this projector works brilliantly giving a huge, bright, colourful and detailed image. It was really easy to set up and manages to stream even with a weak WiFi signal. Built in streaming apps means we just need to take the projector up to the roof, plug it in and off we go (we have a convenient wall to use as a screen). It works well on the battery too, but the image isn't quite a bright, still very watchable though. Very pleased with this projector so far.

This is my first projector so I am by no means an expert. But as someone who is not a "pro" projector user, this projector is great for home use. I was looking for an alternative to a new TV and this Nebula projector has been great to use. I typically use it mounted on a camera tripod and move it between a couple different rooms projected on white walls. Pros: -Bright enough for a dark rooms and great HD picture quality. -Quick auto focus and auto keystone which allows for versatile placement angles and easy set up anywhere -Google TV User Interface is pretty good. No major lags, smooth navigation -Backlit remote (although not all buttons are backlit) -The built-in speaker sound is pretty good. You get good audio quality even from 2-3m away. -The projector has Apple AirPlay via a built-in Nebula app Cons: -No Bluetooth audio out for headphones or even bluetooth streaming to a soundbar. Maybe there could come with a future software update. However, I have since separately purchased a bluetooth adaptor using the 3.5mm audio out port and this has been a good workaround (see picture) -The projector has 4 LEDs at the top to indicate battery life, but it's not easily viewable in the software (it's hidden in menus). I don't use battery mode often, so this isn't a deal braeker. -The DC power cord and power brick is proprietary (I wish it was USB-C) and it's a bit cumbersome to move this around, sometimes it pulls on the projector when I have it on a tripod. Minor inconvenience, not a deal breaker. -Autofocus and auto keystone is great, but if you are viewing in a darker room where the projector is off to an angle, you will see "light bleed" for the non-projected picture area when (see pictures). Not a deal breaker, just something to get used to. Overall, I'm really happy with this projector after using it for the past few weeks.
