Don’t be put off by reviews of difficulty putting this together. It took ~20 mins by myself as an average strength woman. There is a knack to it but once you’ve got it you can almost do it with one hand 🥴 and following the instructions and video make it super easy. Once constructed the rebounder feels sturdy and good quality. It’s also completely silent. And so so much fun! The bounce is perfect for me (60kg, 5ft 5). Great value for money even at full price.

My New Favor Exercise
As someone who is over sixty, I am looking for new ways to improve my health. I did my research and found out that the trampoline has many benefits, including helping out the lymphatic system, cellulite, lower blood pressure, helping with your core, legs, and muscles, and giving you a workout. I can testify that since I have been using the ONEWOFIT trampoline, I have gotten a workout. Why I chose this one. I was looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank. Mini trampolines can range from sixty bucks to a couple of hundred, and I wasn’t ready to spend too much money on something I didn’t think would last for a while. I only weigh 133 pounds, even so, you never know, but I never felt like it would tear. I also wanted something easy to set up. My nephew did most of the assembly. It took him about thirty minutes. What I got After assembly, I put the trampoline to the test, and let me tell you, it can take a pounding. I am in my early sixties, and I felt much lighter while jumping up and down on this thing. I used to do jump jacks, but because of weak knees, I could barely do one. With this trampoline, I am doing a lot more than one. I felt like a kid again jumping up and down. My nephew also tried it out, and he weighs a lot more than me. If you want something affordable, strong, different and you don’t mind sweating, your best bet is to try the ONEWOFIT trampoline. Update. Well, it has been a month, and I am still having a blast on this thing. Sometimes I use various YouTube videos or make up a routine with the help of a variety of music, especially disco.
