Had a little trouble figuring out placement. Want to use it for small animals in my yard. I contacted customer service, received an answer overnight. Made a few adjustments, pictures and videos galore. Lots of squirrels and chipmunks, and a red fox, marking his territory! Uses a lot of batteries. I’m switching to rechargeable lithium ion batteries. 1.5 volt. Produces .jpg and .mp4 so completely compatible with my iPad Pro and older iPhone 13 Pro. I’m really happy e WiFi function. I can watch a live picture and record a picture or video at the touch of a button. The WiFi function works well, occasionally need two tries to connect, but it’s very fast. I would recommend this trail cam and would buy it again

the product was fine, I have it on the most sensitive setting and I have it going the furthest it can go. It is decent and very crisp picture and video. I would like to see them add additional IR lighting nodes to expand any image. I get coyotes that disappear into the night really early. So IR nodes would be very beneficial, especially if they can connect to one trail cam.On to the issue, but it still isn't a big issue, just a learning experience I believe people should learn if they buy this. If you don't unlink the camera to the app, it remains in app mode and won't record anything. It took me quite a while to learn the aspects of the app and camera. now that I have, it works perfectly fine.

We bought this to solve mystery on who is digging up our backyard. With this camera we found out that we had opossums and couple families of raccoons partying our backyard every night. We are now checking videos every morning with excitement. The picture quality is good in even dark night.As we were constantly checking the camera, it was running out batteries fast. Luckily it is possible to connect a power supply to the camera so you don’t need run it with batteries.Set up is pretty straightforward with the phone app.
