It worked perfectly. Easy install .Fixed my error message ! Didn’t realize that this printers came with ink as well but that makes sense because you’re supposed to use new ink . So far so good. Hp 8600

I was happy to find that after I Installed in my printer HP8610 it worked perfectly fine. It was worth the money to me and better than replacing the entire printer. The package comes with starter print cartridges and everything you need to replace print head. Very easy to install. I purchased this on 02/04/21 and today is 06/24/21 and it is still functioning and printing great.

Print head giving me an error and would not work. Decided to try this new print head. This printer, the officejet pro 8620 is the best printer I’ve ever had. It doesn’t go thru ink like crazy. Cartridges last forever. I’ve used it for college and when working from home so I really didn’t want to get rid of it just yet. Plus I had a lot of ink left over. It’s super easy to pop the old print head out and put this one in. Use the ink that came with it. So far working well.

Original printer head on my HP went out after 7 yrs use. Didn’t want to pay almost $170 for the HP genuine and the 950 had good reviews. Installation’s a breeze and best to use the included refill ink cartridges. HP’s are fussy and can detect even slightly used cartridges. Printer’s fine now- will see how much mileage I get from the 950.

I know there were some negative reviews, but it worked great for me, so far no problems.

The quick response to ship this product was so appreciated and arrived two days after I ordered it.I’ve owned HP printers for the past 26 years and have never had a print head failure until now. The print head in my 8630 had only 9930 pages on it when it failed and couldn’t have happened at a worse time! Halfway through a contract that needed signatures within a week. I could have gone out and bought a new printer but that would have been like going out and buying a new car because the battery died in your old car. So I ordered the print head and prayed that it would arrive earlier than the estimated time Amazon gave. I ordered it March 11 and it arrived March 13!Very simple to install! If you can install the ink cartridges you can install the print head!It is a genuine HP product and comes with a set of genuine HP ink cartridges.Note: Do not try to use your old cartridges for they could damage the new print head plus you get a fresh set of ink anyway!After installing the new print head and then the new ink cartridges, the printer setup and aligned everything and I was back up and running in no time.I’m still blown away by J B Office’s quick response and fast shipping.It would be nice if more sellers did business this way! What a huge unbelievable mess. I am not new to refurbishing and cleaning the print head or changing ink cartridges, but this has never happened to me before. The print head went in very easily. The ink cartridges, that came with the print head, slipped right in with no hint of a problem. The printer started up like normal. It made the sounds I have come to expect. But then it stopped, and the display showed a message I have never seen before. It told me I needed to replace the leaking cartridges with new ones. I did not expect what had happen. The printer had pumped ink all over the inside of my printer and as I removed the cartridges, ink was dripped all over me, my desk, and floor rug. After get paper towels, I removed the print head which was also dripping ink. I now have to figure out how to clean up all the ink that is inside my printer but also the ink dripping out of the printer onto my desk. I do not know why this happened but like I said, what a huge unbelievable mess I now have to find a way to clean up. If I could I would give zero stars to this product.

My Hp 8610 had been down for months, but once I popped this in, it configured itself and started working. I am elated to not have to print at office depot.
