DO NOT BUY!
This printer is low quality and didn't last. We have had trouble with it and had to replace parts since it was new. Less than 6 months and seller's support cannot fix it. Sadly, it's trash. Do not throw your money away buying one.

Love this machine!!
The media could not be loaded. Love this machine it is a little bit of a challenge to get installed but the tech support is very helpful. It does either soft fabrics or hard surfaces depending on what ink u want to use. I chose the one for hard surfaces. You do need metric Allen wrenches two 6mm to be able to adjust the tumbler size. And it doesn't do things with handles. Just FYI. The colors are very vibrant and smooth on the surfaces, I was even able to print on canvas as long as they aren't too wide. It's quick and efficient. Price is great and the ink comes in large bottles so u have plenty to start with. Definitely recommend this machine

Awesome Printer
I really like this UV printer. I bought it for my business and it is a work horse. I have made some really awesome stuff with it, and I can’t wait to make more!Setting it up was easy filling the instructions. Also, the technical support is awesome. They helped me fix my quality issues and sent replacement parts extremely fast. I was only down for 2 days, and that was over the weekend! Awesome product, and awesome service!

Took A Lot to Set Up
Printer is up and running after a bit of troubleshooting. Will provide an update once I use the printer more.

Good customer service
The machine was a bit difficult to set up, but the customer support walked me through it all. The rep even did a video chat with me. I have had to reach out to them a few times and they have always been super nice. Just wish the response time was better, they are in China.
